Napoli Vineyards is proud to identify as both an Open Space Preserve Property as well as a Valley Oak Preserve Property.
An important facet of the District is to strategically acquire important open spaces throughout Sonoma County, including lands that are near or adjacent to other protected lands, such as conserved privately owned land or public parks.*
Napoli Vineyards embodies these characteristics due to its gorgeous Valley Oak tress, luscious land and proximity to a massive protected area just east of Napa Road. This proximity helps maintain connectivity of natural habitats and wildlife corridors.
Property owned by Nicholson Ranch, a sustainable winery that was formerly a turkey breeding farm. These 300+ acres are also part of the Preservation and Open Space District.
